As stipulated in an ASTAG mailing dated Oct. 24th  be informed that, based on the 2003 indication of 0.0244%, but also considering the point of view of forwarders, the ASTAG comitee has decided NOT to raise the 2003 GU rate, which is the suggested rate for long distance traffic. Therefore the actual rate remain in use.
